We run the website idemcore.net, the pilot request form and the Idemcore API at api.idemcore.net and is responsible for the personal data described here. This policy explains what personal data each of them handles. 2. The website2. Trang web
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies or analytics tools. The site stores your language (EN/VI) and theme choice in your browser’s local storage; that never leaves your device. The full list is on our cookies and storage page. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.Chúng tôi không dùng cookie quảng cáo, cookie theo dõi hay công cụ phân tích. 3. The pilot request form3. Form đăng ký thí điểm

- Bot protection: the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals such as your IP address and browser characteristics under Cloudflare’s privacy policy. 4. The API4. API
The API is in beta. By default it runs in hash_only mode: your prompts and the model’s answers are processed in memory to produce the response, but are not stored. - In hash_only mode the random salt behind the prompt and output hashes is returned only to you and never stored, so we cannot recover your prompt or answer from a receipt.Ở chế độ hash_only, salt ngẫu nhiên dùng cho hash của prompt và đầu ra chỉ được trả về cho bạn và không bao giờ được lưu, nên chúng tôi không thể khôi phục prompt hay câu trả lời từ receipt.

4a. The console and sign-in4a. Console và đăng nhập
To sign in at console.idemcore.net you give us your email address and we send a one-time code. We store a keyed hash of your email address and of the code (never the code itself), the time, a keyed hash of your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string, so we can rate-limit sign-ins and show you a security log. Your account record (email address and user ID) and your sign-in sessions (creation and last-refresh time, browser user-agent and IP address) are kept by our database provider so you stay signed in; you can see your active sessions and sign out of all of them from the console’s Account page. Before a code is sent, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the request comes from a person, not a bot; it may process your IP address and browser signals for that check and does not set advertising cookies. The console keeps your session token, language and theme choice, and a pending two-factor setup in your browser’s local storage, and, for the open tab only, the email you are signing in with and any pending invite link in session storage; it sets no cookies.Để đăng nhập console.idemcore.net, bạn cung cấp địa chỉ email và chúng tôi gửi một mã dùng một lần. 5. How long we keep data5. Thời gian lưu giữ
- Pilot requests: until handled, or until you ask us to delete them, unless we must keep part longer by law.Yêu cầu thí điểm: cho tới khi xử lý xong, hoặc tới khi bạn yêu cầu xóa, trừ khi luật buộc phải giữ một phần lâu hơn.
- API receipts, hash logs, stored full-mode payloads and audit events: retained per agreement with the customer. These providers process data on our behalf and may do so in several countries. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it. The planned Idemcore browser extension verifies receipts locally in your browser. It collects no data: it does not send receipts, page content, browsing history or identifiers to us or anyone else, and contains no analytics. If a future version ever needs to contact our servers, we will say so here and in the extension before it does.Tiện ích trình duyệt Idemcore đang được lên kế hoạch sẽ kiểm chứng receipt ngay trong trình duyệt của bạn. Traffic is encrypted with TLS. API keys are stored only as hashes. Database access is restricted to the API service, and receipt, log and audit tables cannot be edited after writing.
